Exercise
The behavior
modification that I journaled and tracked for myself are the minutes of
exercise I do daily. I try to stay active but with a lot of school work and my daughters after school activities it is a
challenge. I tried to walk a total of 30 minutes each day. I walked around
campus, around the hospital while I was on my lunch break while at work or around my neighborhood.
My reward for exercising daily was having a piece of chocolate
only on days that I completed the 30 minutes of walking.
Day 3: Challenge was
not having enough time and I only walked 15 minutes.
Day 4: I did great
and walked 30 minutes!
Day 5: ☹ Not enough
time and did not exercise
Day 6: Walked 20
minutes
Overall, I did fairly
on my behavior modification. I made time for exercising on most days but can
work on improving this by scheduling it in to my daily routine.
I challenge everyone
to try to make time for exercise because of the many benefits which include
physiological and emotional benefits.
Here are some of the ways regular exercise benefits your body and brain.

Hey Cindy! I really liked your use of GIFs and emojis! I also like that you included facts about how exercise benefits your body. Did you do this before this assignment? Will you continue to do this and try to walk/exercise for 30 minutes everyday even if you don't reward yourself with chocolate?
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment Rachel! I am trying to keep excercising but I still want to reward myself with chocolate.. 😁
